How soon will my fountain ship?
Most fountains are in stock and will ship within a couple of days; there are a few wall fountains that are made to order. Please call customer service to confirm shipping times if you are needing the fountain within a certain timeframe, iLuv Water Fountains will try to make arrangements to accommodate your needs.
Do you accept Purchase Orders or Checks?
Yes, we do. Simply call customer service so we can make arrangements.
Do you have special rates for Trade Profesionals?
iLuv Water Fountains does offer a special discount for trade professionals. Please contact the sales department for more details.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, please call customer service on shipping quotes to international destinations.
Is installing a wall fountain very difficult?
Your fountain will come with detailed instructions to walk you through the installation process. You do not need to be a professional handyman to install your fountain. We have fountains that mount on your wall in less than 5 minutes and others that take around 30-40 minutes. If you are concerned about installation of your wall fountain please call customer service and they can help find a fountain that will accommodate your needs.
Can I get a fountain shown on your website in a different size or color?
Some of our products do have the option to change the size or color. We recommend calling customer service if you are not finding the exact wall fountain you want for your home or office.
Will you guarantee that the fountain I receive will look exactly as picture on your website?
iLuv Water Fountains will promise that you will receive the product you ordered, we do not substitute items products that are out of stock with similar items without the customer’s approval. In the case with natural and hand made products such as copper, slate, pebbles, marble, etc. – these materials come in a wide variety of hues and will vary slightly from the photos used as examples.
How do I know if my order has shipped?
You can check the status of your order by logging into your account or contacting customer service by email, online chat or phone.
If I modify my fountain in any way, does the warranty still apply?
Any type of modification to your water fountain that changes or renders useless any part of the fountain will result in a nullified warranty. If you are having issues with your fountain and feel like you need to modify it for some reason please contact Customer Service so we can guide you through a solution that will not void your warranty.
Do you have a printed fountain catalog?
At this time we do not, all of our fountains should be represented on our website. If you do have a special request please feel free to contact a customer service representative.
